1 Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to select serviceable locations within and around Purnia, Bihar. You can check whether your area is serviceable by entering your PIN code on the product page or during checkout.
We are continuously expanding our delivery network. If your area is not currently serviceable, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
2 Shipping Charges

3 Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery: 24–48 hours from the time of order confirmation.
- Express delivery: Same day or next business day (subject to availability and cut-off time).
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery timelines may be extended during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
4 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Order status updates via SMS and/or WhatsApp.
- Real-time tracking on your Order Dashboard in your account.
- Delivery confirmation with proof of delivery (photo).
5 Packaging & Safety
- All medicines are packed in tamper-proof, sealed packaging.
- Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate insulation.
- Products are labelled with batch number, expiry date, and manufacturer details.
- All packages are discreetly packed for your privacy.
6 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable:
- Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you via phone.
- Up to 2 additional delivery attempts will be made.
- If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be initiated (minus any non-refundable shipping charges).
7 Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
- Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the delivery person.
