1 Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
- You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).
2 Non-Returnable Products
As per government regulations and for safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Prescription medicines — once delivered, cannot be returned (Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940).
- Opened or used products — supplements, creams, oils, or any item where the seal is broken.
- Personalised items — custom-prepared formulations.
- Products near expiry — sold with disclosed short shelf life at a discount.
3 How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders in your account dashboard.
- Select the order and click "Request Return".
- Provide the reason for return and upload photographs of the product (if damaged/defective).
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

4 Refund Policy

5 Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before dispatch: Full refund will be issued. No cancellation charges.
- After dispatch but before delivery: Cancellation may be possible depending on the courier status. A small processing fee may apply.
- After delivery: Cancellation is not possible. Please refer to the return process above.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious/fraudulent activity. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
6 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- If only part of the order was damaged or incorrect.
- If the returned product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
- If the product was a part of a bundled promotion and only one item is returned.
7 Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover all return shipping costs.
- For customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind on eligible products), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
